All applicants, upon receipt of confirmation(on or before 10/02/2011), shall deposit the training fee of $600.00. On the date of first training lesson, all trainees shall bring along the pay-in slip for verification:

注意事項Particular to note
— 衣著標準：長褲、短褲、裙或裙褲 (長度須過双手垂直)；有袖T恤；嚴禁赤膊、穿著涼鞋及背心Dress code: Shorts or skirts should be of a length not higher than their lowered fingertips, should not be barefooted or wear sandals, nor bare their upper torsos or wear vests.
—學員年齡最少九歲及身高不可少於四呎半或1.37米。 所有未滿十四歲學員必需有家長全程陪同才可上訓練班The applicants have to be at least 9 years old and have a height of 4.5 feet or 1.37m. At least one parent must accompany with any applicant who is under 14 years of age at all times during training.
—所有未滿十八歲學員必需於訓練班第一節前遞交家長簽署之同意書才可上課For applicants below the age of 18, consent from his/her parent to attend training classes must be submitted to the coach before the first training session.
