會費

每年度會費為 $400.00.

訓練班

學員年齡最少九歲及身高不可少於四呎半或1.37米。 所有未滿十四歲學員必需有家長全程陪同才可上訓練班。

所有未滿十八歲學員必需於訓練班第一節前遞交家長簽署之同意書才可上課。

訓練班共三堂, 每堂三個半小時。學員需要在以後的八個星期日上跟進練習班(費用為$200.00), 完成後, 才可申請入會。

入會費

入會費為$950.00, 包括第一年會費。

未滿十四歲會員

未滿十四歲之申請人欲成為本會會員, 其父或母必須為本會會員, 或已同時申請本會會藉而被本會審視中。

若申請人的父或母未成為本會會員,可委任擁有KAC會藉之教練為監護人担保其入本會(需書面通知本會)。 唯該未滿十四歲學員每次到會練習時, 該委任教練必需在場監督, 此監督責任不能交託予其他會員。受委任教練亦需確保此學員遵守本會所有規則。

每一教練同時間可担保不多於五名未滿十四歲之申請人入本會。

沒有屬會會籍的客席會員

每位中級或以上的射手會員, 可帶最多2位客席會員到會練習. 唯此會員必需確認所帶來的射手, 曾接受基本射箭訓練, 及此會員必須負責監察其帶來的射手之行為, 不可將此責任轉嫁於場務總監, 場務助理及其他會員。

客席會員每次繳交靶費$30.00, 可向本會以$20.00租借弓及基本安全裝備(如有存貨), 負責會員要確保客席會員自備箭, 及於當日練習後完整地交還租借器材。

本會歡迎/鼓勵客席射手参加本會舉辦的訓練班, (作客期會於下一個訓練班開始時結束)

沒有屬會會籍的客席射手作客期不可超過六個月。

客席射手連續作客超過三個月後, 可申請加入本會, 唯接受申請與否, 須由委員開會决定。 若不獲接納成為會員, 該客席射手將不能繼續於本會射箭。

臨時會員

所有客席會員及訓練班學員皆界別為臨時會員, 需要於練習時配帶臨時會員証。

會員之未滿十四歲子女

每個中級或以上及已有两年或以上會齡的射手會員, 可申請其已完成基本射箭訓練而未滿十四歲的子女成為本會會員; 唯每次到會練習時,其父或母必需在場監督和確保其子女遵守本會所有規則。此監督責任不能交託予其他會員。

Membership Fee

Annual subscription is $400.00.

Training classes

The applicants have to be at least 9 years old and have a height of 4.5 feet or 1.37m. At least one parent must accompany with any applicant who is under 14 years of age at all times during training.

For applicants below the age of 18, consent from his/her parent to attend training classes must be submitted to the coach before the first training session.

The training classes will consist of three 3.5- hour sessions. Upon completion of the training classes, the trainees must attend 8 Sunday follow-up sessions at a fee of $200.00 before being eligible to apply for KAC membership.

Admission Fee for new membership

The admission fee is $950.00, including first annual subscription.

Member under 14 years of age

Application for membership for a person under 14 years of age will only be considered if one of his/her parents is a current KAC member or is being considered for admission to the KAC simultaneously.

If the parent is not a current KAC member, the parent is required  to appoint (in writing) an archery coach with KAC membership as guardian for the applicant who is under 14 years of age, on the condition that the coach MUST be present at all times to supervise the archery activities of his charge. The appointed coach is NOT allowed to delegate this responsibility to other member/s at any time, and has to ensure that his/her charge complies with all KAC rules.

Each coach shall NOT simultaneously be the appointed guardian for more than 5 applicants under 14 years of age at any given time.

Guest members who are not current member of any archery club/association

KAC members attaining intermediate level or above may bring along a maximum of 2 guests each time. This member has to ensure that his/her guest(s) have basic archery training, and he must be responsible for the guest(s) behaviour and shall not delegate this responsibility to the Field Captain or other members.

The charge for one guest is $30.00 each session. The guest may rent the bow and associated basic safety equipment (chest guard etc.) at a nominal fee of $20.00 from KAC, subject to their availability. The responsible member must make sure the guest brings his/her own arrows, and to return the rented items in the same condition upon completion of the practice!

All guest members are welcomed /encouraged to enroll in our training course (the guest period will expire upon the commencement of the next training course), and are not allowed to act as guest members for a period exceeding 6 months.

Guest member may apply to join KAC after being a guest member for 3 consecutive months, subject to the acceptance by the KAC ex-co. The guest will not be allowed to continuous as guest member if his/her application for KAC member ship is rejected.

Temporary members

All guest members and trainees will be classified as temporary members, and each will be issued a temporary member badge which must be worn when practicing in the archery field.

Children of members under 14 years of age

All KAC members who have attained intermediate level or above and have been KAC members for more than 2 years, may sponsor his/her child/children (age below 14) who has/have received basic archery training to join KAC, on the condition that the parent MUST be present at all times to supervise the archery activities and ensure that his/her child/children comply with all KAC rules. The parent is not allowed to delegate this responsibility to other member/s at any time.
